We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn't available at this time.

Orders are prepared and packed at our USA-based warehouse within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Cost & Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping Cost: Always free — 100% Free Standard Shipping on every order.
  • Transit Time: Once your order ships, expect it to arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Total Delivery Window: From order placement to delivery, most packages arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

4. No Hidden Fees

We keep pricing straightforward. The total shown at checkout — including any applicable taxes — is exactly what you'll pay. No last-minute handling charges, no surprise fees.

5. Tracking Your Package

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Double-Check Your Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Need to fix something? Email us at support@pawsomehub.store within 12 hours of placing your order.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or seems to have gone missing in transit, let us know right away at support@pawsomehub.store. We'll move quickly to sort out a replacement or resolution for you.
